Park Plaza Budapest

4-star hotel on the Danube with panoramic Parliament views

Amenities & Services

The hotel has one of Budapest's most unusual parking systems - an underground car elevator that rotates vehicles after driving onto the lift. Bicycle rental is available for guests who prefer to explore the city on two wheels. A 24-hour concierge, dry cleaning, and babysitting services are part of the standard offering.

Rooms & Suites

Superior Double Rooms on the river side provide direct sightlines to the Hungarian Parliament across the Danube. These rooms sit in the newer front building, while courtyard suites occupy the older Baroque wing. Each room is decorated with original artworks from contemporary Hungarian artists.

Location

Park Plaza Budapest sits on the Buda riverbank, with Buda Castle less than a 10-minute walk uphill. The Batthyány tér metro station is 200 meters from the entrance, offering direct connections to the Pest side and the convention center. Chain Bridge and Fisherman's Bastion are within a 15-minute walking radius.

Dining

The on-site art bistrobar serves Hungarian dishes alongside international options for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet with hot and cold options, including local specialties such as Hungarian tomato stew. A selection of Hungarian wines is available, recommended by the waitstaff.

Business & Wellness

Three meeting rooms with natural light accommodate up to 130 guests for conferences or corporate events. A fitness center with cardio and weight equipment is open to all guests. The sauna operates daily from 5pm to 10pm for relaxation after meetings or sightseeing.
